Before we ever walk your dog or attended a scheduled pet visit, we have a Free in-home MEET & GREET between you, your dog and your dog walker. During this visit we will gather all the necessary details to crate a customized plan for your dog based on their age, energy level, health needs and daily routine. This helps us ensure every visit is consistent, familiar and safe for your dog, giving you peace of mind.

You will be able to get real-time visit reports, photos, GPS tracking, and all your pet’s care details. It also allows our team to have everything in one place so that you can have consistent and dependable Luxury-level concierge service for both you and your pet, every visit.
HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
1. MEET SITTER
Your sitter will visit your home to meet your pets, learn their routines, go over access in and out of the home, preferences and to confirm your customized pet care plan. We will also answer any additional questions at that time that may have come up since we were last in contact with you. This creates clarity of communication and comfort for both you and your pet.
2. SCHEUDLE VISIT
You can book your visits, choose appropriate time blocks for you, message your sitter and handle payments directly through the app, Time To Pet. Everything is organized and in one place to make the process stress-free, convenient and transparent.
3. GET UPDATES ON YOUR PET’S CARE
After each visit you will receive a GPS-tracked report with timestamps, photos, notes and a walk map. You will always know exactly what happened and when.
